Our Story

The verdant oasis features greenery and palms that tower over the dining area as well as the outdoor cocktail bar, cultivating an unparalleled, yet approachable, culinary journey. Pulling inspiration from renowned farm and coastal restaurants of the Baja region, the space is dressed in custom furniture imported directly from Mexican artisans in Michoacan and Jalisco.

The menu at Tacolina celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Baja California with a farm-to-table approach, featuring fresh, locally-sourced colorful seasonal ingredients. Guests can look forward to juicy organic chicken and specialty meats, handcrafted tortillas, housemade salsas and a cocktail menu inspired by the flavors of the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez.
